What you'd actually do

  1. Development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
  2. Participates as a member and leader of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions.
  3. Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
  4. Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
  5. Assists in creation and implementing manufacturing plans.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 2 or more years’ experience Developing Manufacturing Plans based off of released Engineering, contractual requirements, depot maintenance documents, and other authorities for Operations.
  • Working Knowledge of Production shop layout and flow and how Manufacturing plans tie into that flow.

Nice to have

  • Experience performing work by written documentation/authorities and knowledge of how release authority works
  • Experience in Production Configuration Management
  • Experience implementing or defining new Manufacturing processes in a production setting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically Loadable software and or Equipment.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations.
  • Experience with the following software PDM, CAPP, REDARS-EID, IVT, WIRS, EWITS, BWS-CM, CDS, EWIRE, E-PLAN, VELOCITY, ENOVIA, EWIRE, Equipment Manager
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
