主要职能包括一下内容，但不限于此：
- 喷涂车间自动化设备（机器人，视觉检测等）日常管理，故障排除和维修
- 协助维修团队制定自动化设备**PM，** AM****计划
- 自动化设备程序优化，提升自动化项目的自动化率及准确率
- **Lead **及积极参与喷涂工厂新自动化项目的导入和现场设备安装调试
- 负责喷涂工厂****Document Control, 体系流程创建和管理。
- 喷涂工厂****NPI, NSI，ECN，PCN管理，识别和理解设计要求，制定具体的工艺实施要求并跟踪
- 喷涂工厂****APQP流程闭环管理
- 负责喷涂工厂****CQMS， BGPP等审核的组织和管理
- 其它喷涂工厂日常****PQVC的工作支持
岗位要求：
- 熟悉****Fanuc, ABB等机器人的示教编程和现场操作，能够查找并处理常见故障
- 熟悉喷粉，涂胶，抛丸，前处理等工艺者优先
- 能够根据实际情况适应灵活的排班
- 具备强的责任心和自主学习能力
- **熟悉质量工具（鱼骨图、**5Why、柏拉图、控制图、APQP、FMEA、CP等）
- 熟练操作办公软件，及****AutoCAD和ProE等制图软件
- 本科及以上学历，机械或电气等相关专业者优先
- 具备良好的英语读写能力，能使用英语口语交流者优先
