Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer role focused on technical analysis of manufacturing processes, systems, CNC machines, and NC programming to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, monitoring equipment reliability, analyzing engineering change notices, and applying Lean manufacturing tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and strong knowledge of machining processes, GD&T, and CNC programming.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations across machining by providing engineering guidance and technical problem resolution
  2. Identify, evaluate, and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, cost, and throughput
  3. Monitor equipment and process reliability; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for chronic issues
  4. Analyze and execute engineering change notices (ECNs), ensuring timely and accurate implementation
  5. Support planning, development, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes
