  4. Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for process or equipment issues.
  5. Support validation, change control, and documentation activities in line with site quality requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of engineering work experience post qualification.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across functions.
  • Good attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and compliance.
  • A practical approach to analysing issues and supporting improvements in manufacturing performance.
