Boeing Ukraine is currently looking for Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
We are open to consider candidates for all levels (Entry, Experienced, High-Experienced).
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and
- document as-built configuration.
- Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
- Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Reviews supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
- Investigates and resolves manufacturing technical related issues.
- Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.
- Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
- Reviews integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
- Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
- Supports other team members as mentor/checker to meet engineering commitments.
- Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret Engineering documentation - Engineering drawings and Specifications.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and International standards (ASME Y14.5(2018), ASME Y14.5(2009)
- English language level – intermediate or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities, and data needed for defining delivery configurations.
- Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables.
- Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.
