Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for assembly operations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves hands-on engineering support, process documentation, risk mitigation (PFMEA/SFMEA), APQP, root cause analysis, and applying Lean manufacturing principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide manufacturing engineering support for Super Large HEX assembly processes.
  2. Develop, document, and maintain assembly processes using Virtual Process Planning and Teamcenter Visualization software.
  3. Create and update layouts, tooling concepts, and assembly documentation using AutoCAD.
  4. Lead and maintain PFMEA and SFMEA activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing risk.
  5. Support APQP deliverables including process readiness, validation, and launch activities.
