What you'd actually do

  1. Leads Coordinated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, sophisticated producibility studies, and production/tooling philosophies.
  2. Refines, validates, coordinates, and implements conceptual designs and runs the program architecture for build.
  3. Develops manufacturing plans and coordinates plan optimization.
  4. Conducts complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
  5. Resolves complex technical problems.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • Knowledge of working documents such as Engineering/Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Corrective Action.
  • Experience in metals fabrication (machining, forming, etc.) & metals assembly processes or composite assembly processes.

Nice to have

  • 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
