What you'd actually do

  1. Focal point to manufacturing engineering and acts as a bridge to all cross functional teams
  2. Current and long-term staffing: Forecast work and create tentative plans for possible work allocation
  3. Process Improvement: look for cross-team relationships and help set priorities to reduce cost and labor hours
  4. Define Technical standards: Proposal and B&P support, technical, labor and schedule review
  5. Define, track, and drive to Objectives and Key Results that align with company goals across engineering teams
