Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Electric Power division, leading a team to drive safety, quality, and operational performance in a high-volume assembly environment. Responsibilities include capital projects, process improvements, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, driving performance, accountability and technical capability
  2. Own manufacturing readiness, including process validation, standard work and production support
  3. Drive a safety-first culture and reinforce safety behaviors across manufacturing operations
  4. Execute and manage capital projects (CAPEX) and indirect spend to improve capacity, efficiency and reliability
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and improve performance
