  4. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  5. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Skills

Required

  • minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"
  • 1+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
  • 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
  • Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
