Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a** Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3)** to join the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) team in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): **
- 1+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- 1+ years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in a production system
- 1+ years of experience with Project Management
- 1+ years of experience working in a production environment
