Boeing is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager to lead manufacturing teams, drive a One BPS culture, and manage staffing, training, compliance, and operations centers for the 737 Delivery Operations team. The role involves developing project plans, managing suppliers, and leading process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. The BPS Manager will manage Staffing, Training, Compliance, and Lean/Employee Involvement and Line Side Control Center (LSCC)/Delivery Operations Control Center (DOCC) across the 737 Delivery Operations
  2. The manager will manage employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
  3. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  4. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  5. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
  • Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

Nice to have

  • 3+ years’ experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
  • 1+ years of experience in or working with the Line Side Control Center (LSCC)
  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics
  • 2+ year of experience effectively communicating with employees, peers and senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
