What you'd actually do

  2. Follow standard operating procedures and comply with GMP and regulatory requirements to support the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products.
  3. Monitor workflows and performance metrics, escalating issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  4. Maintain adherence to company policies, Code of Business Conduct, and Johnson & Johnson Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  5. Take ownership of personal training and stay informed on process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • B1 level proficiency in Dutch or English.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and routine use of business applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused and precise working style.
  • Flexible, proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities and work in a shift-based environment.
