Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team as an experienced individual contributor. In this role, you will execute routine operational and administrative tasks to support internal teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality deliverables. You will uphold strong professional standards, apply independent judgment, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine operational and administrative tasks to meet production targets while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Follow standard operating procedures and comply with GMP and regulatory requirements to support the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor workflows and performance metrics, escalating issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, Code of Business Conduct, and Johnson & Johnson Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
- Take ownership of personal training and stay informed on process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- B1 level proficiency in Dutch or English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and routine use of business applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused and precise working style.
- Flexible, proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities and work in a shift-based environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€35.000,00 - €53.360,00
