Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with experience in RF Systems to support the manufacturing of Shop Replaceable Units from Circuit Cards and assembly into Line Replaceable Units for aerial, military-grade, or space-grade Electronic Warfare Systems and Subsystems. The role involves process development, maintenance, production support, continuous improvement, and producibility reviews, requiring collaboration with various engineering and production teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field with relevant experience is required, along with US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate and maintain/revise Manufacturing Engineering Process Specifications, Work Instructions, Routers, Tooling/Fixturing and Equipment.
  2. To meet manufacturing contractual commitment, coordinate with Design Engineering, Production technician, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality organizations to meet manufacturing contractual commitment.
  3. Review of quality metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, cycle time, defects.
  4. Collaborate with design engineering to achieve producibility in new and updated product design.
  5. Ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors.
