**JOB PURPOSE: **
- 协助工程师完成工厂内焊接工装检具模板的定期维护,新品导入，确保工装及满焊产出优良焊接产品。
JOB DUTIES:
- 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。
- 严格遵守公司各项规章制度。
- 主动学习各种机械结构及焊接相关设备知识，熟悉机械设计原理，常见工装故障易损件统计及改善
- 主导吊具的方案的评审，导入，发放及回收。
- CMM拼点焊后检验表的制定，同时产品的CMM数据的整理及分析
- 协助工程师现场问题调查及分析改善
- 对工装局部改动及故障履历进行记录同，必要时形成报告。同时协助工程师改善现场人机工程应用的优化等
- 对工装检具进行周期性检验，发现问题及时上报工程师，根据工程师的要求调整或更换。
- 分析拼点作业过程进行作业分解找出作业浪费，配合工程师提高换型效率及安全性，
- 协助工程师全程跟踪NPI阶段，并整理所产生的问题进行汇总，报告工程师并在工程师指导下有效解决问题。
- 协助工程师完成PCN/ECN变更的整理
JOB REQUIREMENTS (must include education, years of working experience, English level, office 365 skill, job related knowledge and soft skills etc.)
- 大专及以上学历。
- 具备油缸、气缸、减速机、齿轮传动、螺纹、快速顶钳紧固等方面知识。
- 会用SAP ME 模块，理解BOM，Routing的含义
- 理解焊接及机械图纸。
- 具备较好的动手能力和发散性思维。
能够适应倒班或必要时的顶岗生产。
