This Manufacturing Specialist role focuses on the assembly, repair, testing, and documentation of drone hardware, supporting new product introductions and process improvements. The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and hands-on maintenance skills within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with manufacturing and support engineers on production processes and new product introductions
  2. Execute repair and maintenance tasks for drones and assemble fixtures according to quality standards
  3. Conduct rigorous testing and qualification validations while driving process improvements
  4. Draft, write, and update procedures for drone manufacturing and repair
  5. Design and build tooling and fixtures to support new testing requirements
