Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for their Space Systems team. The role involves assembly and integration of ground support equipment, flight components, and integrated systems for aerospace and defense operations. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical assembly, constructing test racks, supporting build and test campaigns, collaborating on tooling solutions, developing test processes, resolving non-conformances, and interpreting schematics. Requires 5+ years of experience in high-reliability industries, experience with MES, and cleanroom environments. Experience with satellites, harness design, avionics, and EO/IR instruments is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assemble flight and non-flight hardware, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards.
  2. Construct test racks and electrical ground support equipment for integration and testing.
  3. Support PCBA, unit level (avionics and EO/IR), and vehicle-level build, integration, and test campaigns, contributing to successful operational outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with engineers to design and implement tooling solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  5. Develop processes for electrical tests and checkouts, as well as mechanical assembly and development processes.
