What you'd actually do

  1. Meets all requirements from level II
  2. Moderate level position qualified on designated generation line qualification and be able to troubleshoot and analyze root causes with statistical data.
  3. Perform routine cleaning, clearing of equipment jams, insert of raw materials, equipment adjustments, mechanical repairs, and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  4. Coordinates and/or performs completion of line audits and best practice worksheets.
  5. Provide technical, process and line management training to level III’s technicians and below and certify those who meet the training requirements.

Nice to have

  • associate degree or, equivalent highly preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of college, trade, or military training in a technical field or, equivalent industrial experience emphasizing electro-mechanical, PLC, and pneumatics highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in servo systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair in conjunction with at least 3 of the following areas by meeting qualification standards: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, electro-mechanical devices, robotic systems, safety devices, equipment layout and installation, debug and qualification, control circuitry development, electro-mechanical solving/repair, equipment prototyping, production start-up, equipment process development and mechanical devices, controller, mechanical part's design, tooling experience, Conveyor systems, Foil feed system, Heat Seal System, Pilz safety system, dosing system, Sterilizer, Oxygen and nitrogen systems, Hydration / Solvent Hydration Module, vision system, mechanical or process injection molding (IMM).
  • Demonstrates solid understanding in process improvements by meeting qualification standards in at least 1 of the following areas: Key Process Indicators, Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Gap Analysis, Prioritization Tools, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, etc.
