Manufacturing Technology Analyst role at Boeing supporting the B52 CERP Program. What you'd actually do

  1. Review engineering requirements and drawings and provide manufacturability and producibility feedback
  2. Investigates technical problems
  3. Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies
  4. Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience
  5. Establish make / buy plans to fabricate or purchase aircraft electrical components
  6. Author and Update Modifications Shop Floor Work Instructions

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience researching and analyzing engineering data
  • Experience with the creation of manufacturing planning and authoring assembly work instructions

Nice to have

  • 10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience reviewing engineering requirements / drawings and providing manufacturability and producibility feedback
  • Experience with GOLDesp or similar Manufacturing Execution System
  • Experience establishing “make / buy” plans to fabricate or purchase aircraft electrical components and wire bundles
  • Experience with Authoring and Updating Modifications Shop Floor Work Instructions
