Market Access Associate (1-year Project)

This role focuses on market access for innovative medicines within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include collecting evidence for strategy development, building financial models for business and budget impact, preparing reimbursement dossiers aligned with regulations, and supporting policy shaping events. The role requires a Master's degree in life sciences, public health, or health economics, with a good understanding of scientific evidence and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collect supporting evidence for strategy development, for example, international HTA report(s), international reference price in the top 10 advanced countries, current reimbursement medicines under NHIA and so on.
  2. Bulit mathematic model to forecast potential business impact, as well as budget impact from the viewpoint of our payer.
  3. Prepare and submit reimbursement dossier: Based on the value position of product, draft the reimbursement dossier covering unmet medical needs, clinical benefits/safety, cost-effectiveness (if any), and budget impact, aligned with NHIA/HTA regulation.
  4. Support policy shaping events and key-opinion-leaders engagement on the way to increase probability of success to support patients access under National Health Insurance.
  5. Other assignments from supervisor.

Skills

Required

  • Master, major in life sciences, public health, and/or health economics.
  • Good understanding of scientific evidence including clinical trials, clinical guidelines, and HTA recommendations.
  • Good math sense, good excel skills, familiar with Microsoft office (word & Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good English skills (TOEIC 700 and above or equivalent scores of other English language proficiency tests)
