Market Access & Policy Lead – Misp Cluster

The Market Access & Policy Lead for the MISP Cluster is responsible for defining, leading and executing the overall market access, pricing, reimbursement and policy-shaping strategy across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. The role ensures an enabling policy environment, reduced access barriers, and accelerated time-to-access for key Pfizer innovations across diverse healthcare systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and lead the cluster-wide market access strategy, aligned with portfolio priorities, global guidance and country healthcare system needs.
  2. Shape and influence health policy, reimbursement mechanisms, pricing pathways and HTA processes to create a favourable access environment across MISP markets.
  3. Provide early strategic recommendations for pipeline assets, launch products and in-line brands to optimise pricing, access and reimbursement outcomes.
  4. Guide markets in developing tailored access strategies for private, public and tender segments, ensuring consistency with cluster direction.
  5. Monitor policy developments, regulatory reforms, health system priorities and HTA trends across the cluster to anticipate risks and opportunities.
