Market Development Representative

This role is for a Market Development Representative at DocuSign, focused on generating new business through outbound sales activities like calls and emails. The representative will qualify potential clients, schedule appointments with Account Executives, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns. The role involves significant phone prospecting and requires basic sales experience, with a preference for SaaS industry experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Make outbound calls to prospects who reside in one of DocuSign’s core vertical markets, offering tailored solutions to solve and improve business process problems
  2. Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals
  3. Use CRM strategically to record information and identify further opportunities in your assigned territory
  4. Work closely with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years outbound sales experience
  • Basic A university degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
