Market Leader for Business Cards & Payments in Northern California & Oregon, responsible for leading a team of sellers, achieving revenue and financial objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role focuses on sales leadership, team development, and strategic planning within the fintech domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver superior growth and profitability by meeting or exceeding targets in purchase volume, new account acquisition, account penetration, profit, cost, productivity etc. across their region while providing an outstanding customer and associate experiences.
  2. Provide sales leadership and direction, and program management within their team.
  3. Build a dynamic sales culture that compliments the broader Field strategy and assist their team in achieving their account acquisition and purchase volume goals.
  4. Participate in the strategic / tactical planning process with the National Sales extended leadership team to drive growth, market share, revenue, cross-sell, sales force growth and productivity, targeted market penetration, customer retention and profit goals.
  5. Ensure that all customer and prospect interactions are conducted in accordance with Capital One legal and compliance and regulatory guidelines.
