What you'd actually do

  1. Own a portfolio of lodging partners (hotels and other accommodation providers) and act as their primary commercial contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders from hotel owners and senior leaders to revenue managers and operational teams.
  2. Develop and execute market-level strategic plans to grow room nights, revenue and share of wallet, informed by market trends, seasonal patterns, and competitor activity.
  3. Analyze partner and market performance data (e.g., conversion, pricing, availability, competitiveness, cancellation patterns, traveler demand) to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into clear, prioritized actions for partners.
  4. Coach partners on best practices in pricing, revenue management, content quality and competitiveness, and negotiate commercial opportunities (such as promotions, packages, value-adds and exclusive deals) that drive incremental demand and improve partner and traveler outcomes.
  5. Ensure high-quality onboarding and strong adoption of Expedia Group tools, programs and self-service capabilities, collaborating with internal teams to resolve partner issues, reduce friction and unlock growth.
