What you'd actually do

  1. Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership.
  2. Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates.
  3. Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges.
  4. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
  5. Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
