Market Support Manager for DashMart, a local fulfillment center owned by DoorDash. This role involves traveling to various DashMart locations to support high-priority initiatives, stabilize operations, and provide interim leadership. Responsibilities include leading on-site teams, stabilizing and scaling operations, owning operational excellence, supporting growth and change, and driving process improvements. Requires strong operational acumen, leadership experience, and flexibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership.
  2. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
  3. Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
  4. Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments.
  5. Use data and insights to design and execute improvements to workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.
