Marketing Analytics Lead-vice President

JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · Wilmington, DE +1 · Consumer & Community Banking

Lead marketing analytics for small business growth, shaping acquisition campaigns, targeting, and proving financial impact. This role involves end-to-end campaign lifecycle ownership, from opportunity sizing and business case development to test design, execution support, and performance measurement. It requires partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Data & Analytics to deliver practical insights, strengthen measurement discipline, and ensure repeatable, audit-ready results. Responsibilities include financial and analytical optimization of marketing programs, stakeholder relationship management, driving experimentation strategy, developing analytic assets for incrementality and ROI, leveraging analytics toolsets (including AI-enabled applications), collaborating across functions, defining data requirements, and coaching junior team members.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead financial and analytical optimization of marketing programs throughout the lifecycle: opportunity sizing, targeting, test design, execution support, performance reporting, and insights.
  2. Own stakeholder relationship management and delivery for assigned marketing partners (book of work): intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, and outputs; align work to business goals and campaign calendars.
  3. Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor, including hypothesis framing, test/control design, success metrics, and post-test readouts; support list execution requirements and measurement feasibility.
  4. Develop analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI (e.g., forecast/proforma vs. actuals, attribution/measurement approaches where relevant).
  5. Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled analytical applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.
