Marketing Analytics Manager

This role focuses on marketing analytics, leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making, optimize marketing ROI, and drive revenue cycles. It involves data modeling, analysis, visualization, and data governance, with a strong emphasis on using AI and Python for advanced analytics and prompt engineering.

What you'd actually do

  1. "Business issues" to drive data extraction, processing, and analysis to provide evidence for stakeholders to make decisions.
  2. Autonomous execution of end-to-end analysis: from identifying issues and building hypotheses, to data extraction, shaping, and cleansing using SQL/Python, analysis execution, result interpretation, and report creation.
  3. Strategic recommendations: Organize insights from analysis into logical stories from the perspectives of ROI, growth opportunities, and resource allocation, in line with business and marketing priorities.
  4. Lead consensus building based on analytical results, proposing concrete measures beyond simple numerical reporting.
  5. Advance analysis using the latest AI technologies and Python to automate data processing and enhance/accelerate analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Marketing analytics practical experience (7+ years)
  • Advanced data manipulation skills (SQL, Python)
  • Understanding of data infrastructure and structure
  • BI tool operation (Tableau, CRM Analytics)
  • AI output validation capability
  • Prompt engineering and AI integration
  • Executive presentation skills
  • Japanese (fluent) and English (TOEIC 820+)
