Marketing Analytics Manager

This role focuses on marketing analytics, BI development, data engineering, and Power BI dashboard creation to support marketing and GTM teams in a SaaS environment. The primary goal is to drive data-backed decision-making by building scalable data models and robust reporting infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for Marketing and GTM teams.
  2. Partner with marketing stakeholders to interpret KPIs related to marketing performance, funnel health, campaign impact, and pipeline contribution.
  3. Develop scalable reporting frameworks to unify fragmented data and support self‑service analytics.
  4. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, high‑performing, and aligned to consistent KPI definitions.
  5. Collaborate with data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline maintenance.
