We are seeking the best talent for the position Marketing Assistant.
Purpose: As The Marketing Assistant you provide support for internal teams in the Administration & operational functions. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency and personal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the Advertising and Promotion activities
- Help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain and update the marketing materials repository, ensuring easy access for local team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create user-friendly dashboards
- Partner closely with Local Marketing and Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy
- Construction of marketing execution reports (Budget, New Product Launches follow ups, Key performance indicators for sales, product adoption, productivity, Tactical Plans, One Force) to strengthen the decision-making of the team.
- Support the Portfolio management for the cluster, based on technical sheets creation, product codification, regulatory status follow up
- Support in the digital strategy execution for the marketing team including update of the external and internal websites, calendar, distribution lists, communications.
Requirements:
- A valid Disability Certificate, issued in accordance with Resolution 1197 of 2024 by the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
- University/bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering or related careers)
- Languages required: Advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
