Marketing Automation Manager responsible for the Marketo foundation, M&A integrations, and building AI-ready data foundations for marketing operations. This role involves strategic systems design, hands-on execution, and team enablement, with a focus on identifying and implementing AI-driven features to improve automation efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain, optimize, and scale our core Marketo instance and foundational marketing automation infrastructure.
  2. Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of clear, comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes and platforms.
  3. Help us build the foundation for AI orchestration. You will identify and implement AI-driven features that improve automation efficiency and operational workflows.
  4. Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and MarTech to make sure our systems talk to each other—and support real business needs.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation and lead management to ensure accurate campaign execution and tracking.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in Marketing Automation or Operations
