Marketing Channel Execution Manager

This role is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns within the Offers Management/Insights Engine platforms across all products in associate and digital channels. It involves the end-to-end process of launching new offers and modifying existing ones, including requirement gathering, timeline management, testing, and validation. The role also supports channel integration and expansion, develops implementation plans for targeted offers, and translates customer experience into technical requirements for offer display. It requires managing strict execution timelines and SLAs, performing user acceptance testing, and ongoing production monitoring.

What you'd actually do

  1. This role supports the delivery of marketing campaigns in the Offers Management/Insights Engine platforms across all products in associate & digital channels. Includes end-to-end process to launch new offers and change existing offer design, capturing requirements, drive execution timeline, write & execute test scripts, UAT and production validation.
  2. This role also supports channel integration and expansion initiatives.
  3. This role develops implementation plans for targeted offers and referrals, consulting with partners across marketing, including strategy, creative, product and channel
  4. This role translates the intended customer and associate experience into technical requirements for offer display and is a SME for integration and functionality across delivery platforms, real-time rules, file delivery, front-end and back-end applications.
  5. This role manages strict execution timelines and SLAs for implementation plans, test script preparation, test data requests, to ensure on-time and error-free deployment.

Skills

Required

  • 5 to 7 years in roles related to project and initiative delivery
  • Experience writing and/or capturing business and system requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and drive vertical/horizontal collaboration
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, including development of persuasive executive level presentations and simplifying complex concepts for broad consumption
  • Skilled with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Detail oriented and execution focused
  • Self-motivated, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to navigate the organization to accomplish goals
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate and drive execution against priorities
  • Ability to operate in the gray space

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial institution
