Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Cloud Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the onboarding process for Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce Platform. This role acts as a trusted advisor, focusing on customer success and driving business outcomes through strategic implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions. The specialist will lead customer engagements, provide recommendations, and contribute to best practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the first post-sale point of contact, delivering a confident and welcoming customer experience.
  2. Lead virtual 1:1 and group onboarding sessions focused on business value and Customer 360.
  3. Apply a consultative approach to understand customer goals, use cases, and success metrics.
  4. Create tailored Success Paths aligned to customer objectives and maturity.
  5. Provide strategic recommendations to support adoption and long-term success.
