Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Cloud Onboarding Specialist for their German-speaking market in Ireland. This role focuses on guiding new customers through the onboarding process for Marketing Cloud solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure successful implementation and long-term value. The specialist will lead customer engagements, understand customer goals, and provide strategic recommendations for adoption and success. Fluency in English and German is mandatory, along with strong business acumen and customer-facing experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud during the onboarding phase.
  2. Act as the first post-sale point of contact, delivering a confident and welcoming customer experience.
  3. Lead virtual 1:1 and group onboarding sessions focused on business value and Customer 360.
  4. Apply a consultative approach to understand customer goals, use cases, and success metrics.
  5. Create tailored Success Paths aligned to customer objectives and maturity.
