This role is for a Technical Lead to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of Marketing Cloud platforms at Eli Lilly, a global healthcare leader. The role involves technical leadership, team guidance, collaboration with marketing stakeholders, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions for customer engagement and global marketing initiatives. While the role encourages the use of AI tools, its core function is in marketing technology implementation and management, not AI model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guide a team of Marketing Cloud developers and specialists through implementation challenges, setting technical direction, reviewing designs, and ensuring solutions are architecturally sound and aligned with best practices.
  2. Provide deep subject matter expertise in SFMC architecture, platform capabilities, and emerging features, ensuring the team applies the right approach at every stage of delivery.
  3. Conduct design and code reviews that elevate team output, to ensure work is done to the highest standard.
  4. Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Marketing Cloud implementations, holding the team accountable to data integrity, system performance, compliance, and quality.
  5. Evaluate new SFMC features and releases, translating their potential into actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
