What you'd actually do

  1. Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for advisor tools in Japan aligned to digital transformation priorities
  2. Own the product backlog, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization decisions that maximize measurable outcomes
  3. Lead discovery and refinement with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and outcome-driven
  4. Deliver Japan-specific capabilities such as localization, workflow fit, and release readiness across environments
  5. Coordinate end-to-end delivery from intake through build, testing, release, and post-release iteration to ensure quality and predictability

Skills

Required

  • 10 years of digital product management experience
  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • Demonstrated experience owning an Agile backlog
  • Proven end-to-end delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of investment products, platforms, and advisor workflows
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset
