This role is for an Enterprise Events Lead at Anthropic, an AI company. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of enterprise events, aligning programs to pipeline generation, account engagement, and brand objectives
  2. Manage a team of full time and contracted employees
  3. Conceptualize and produce hosted events such as executive roundtables, customer summits, and intimate dinners that support account-based marketing goals
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to optimize meeting programs, briefing schedules, and on-site engagement strategies at events
  5. Partner with Creative Studio on experience design, ensuring Anthropic and Claude brands are represented consistently and compellingly
