Marketing Events Producer

This role is for a Marketing Events Producer at Anthropic, an AI company. The producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of core events, including conferences, keynotes, and summits. This involves managing production documentation, leading creative and technical vision for stage design, directing rehearsals, serving as the on-site show caller, managing external production partners, and developing production budgets. While the company is in the AI space, the role itself is focused on event production and marketing, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own production for Anthropic's core events portfolio, including conferences, keynotes, summits, and tentpole moments, from pre-production through execution
  2. Develop and manage all production documentation, including run-of-show scripts, cue sheets, production schedules, stage plots, and technical riders
  3. Lead the creative and technical vision for stage design, lighting, audio, video, and scenic elements in partnership with internal creative teams and external production vendors
  4. Direct rehearsals and speaker preparation sessions, providing coaching and feedback to ensure polished, confident presentations
  5. Serve as the primary show caller or production lead on-site, coordinating all technical cues and managing real-time production decisions
