Marketing Intern, Surgical Vision

This is a Marketing Intern position at Johnson & Johnson, supporting the Surgical Vision Sales team. The role involves providing logistical and administrative support to marketing projects, executing administrative and clerical marketing assignments, processing purchase orders, coordinating marketing functions, assisting in the creation of sales tools and programs, and ensuring marketing materials are approved and updated. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, has excellent communication skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrates strong learning agility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Under general supervision, provide logistical and administrative support to marketing projects and activities.
  2. Execute and innovate on highly complex and varied administrative and clerical marketing assignments.
  3. Review and reconcile the tracking and processing of purchase orders.
  4. Ensure the coordination activities of various marketing functions which may include design, illustration, photography, paste up, and typography personnel. Ensures the maintenance of various spreadsheets and online resources.
  5. Assist in the creation of innovative sales tools and programs. Apply a polished professional manner and highly developed communications skills.
  6. Ensure marketing and promo materials are approved and updated in Veeva system.
  7. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
