Marketing Lead

Lead the marketing team in Taiwan, responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategy, driving commercial delivery, overseeing marketing operations, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Team leadership and development: Hire, coach, mentor and appraise 4 product managers; build a high-performing, commercially focused marketing team
  2. Strategic planning: Develop and execute the local marketing strategy that aligns with BUD and MD priorities and the broader regional/global strategic framework
  3. Commercial delivery: Own P&L contribution targets for the franchise and translate strategy into actionable plans that drive brand growth
  4. Marketing operations: Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, resource allocation, launch readiness, and performance tracking to ensure efficient and compliant execution
  5. Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary marketing liaison across Medical, Sales, Market Access & External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other functions to ensure cohesive market execution
