Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the U.S. market, including brand building, market positioning, and growth strategies.
- Lead and coordinate the entire marketing team to ensure the efficient implementation of all marketing activities.
- Deeply understand the target customer base, conduct regular market analysis and competitor research.
- Closely collaborate with the sales team to drive the achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team to ensure that product features and selling points are accurately communicated in marketing activities.
- Manage budgets to ensure that marketing activities are efficiently executed within the budget.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a CMO role.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with the ability to quickly adjust in a dynamic market.
- Extensive experience in brand building and integrated marketing promotion.
- Familiarity with the U.S market and consumer habits, with cross-cultural communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Background in consumer insights, market research, and customer segmentation strategies.
