Marketing Lead, Planning and Analytics

This role is a Marketing Lead focused on planning and analytics within AT&T. The responsibilities include identifying market gaps and opportunities, guiding integrated marketing planning and budgeting, monitoring marketing spend and performance, optimizing investment effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires experience in business management, analytics, or financial planning for complex marketing programs, with a focus on strategic oversight and executive reporting. It is not directly involved in building or deploying AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Business Unit marketing plans and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  2. Guide integrated planning and budgeting processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the Marketing organization.
  3. Monitor marketing spend and performance against forecasts and develop holistic weekly reporting for Marketing and cross‑functional leadership.
  4. Evaluate performance trends, business conditions, and forecast changes to recommend and implement budget adjustments.
  5. Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Unit teams.
