Marketing M&a Manager

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing M&A Manager to integrate acquired companies' marketing functions and systems into Salesforce marketing systems, technology, and operations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams through integration projects in a dynamic environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand end to end process and business flows and tie these to technical requirements for the business
  2. Define scope for workstreams with both what is and is not in scope clearly defined
  3. Create detailed business requirements and build out future state process flows focused on successful migration of acquired business
  4. Translate requirements into operational plans, connecting the overarching project goals to tactical work
  5. Dig deep to bring to light all areas where acquisition business efforts need to be supported by either business processes in Salesforce or by technology

Skills

Required

  • Strong understanding of Martech, CRM, & Analytics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and in an ambiguous environment

Nice to have

  • Certification active or expired in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or other a plus
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing or similar a plus
