Marketing Manager for AWS AI products, focusing on operationalizing product marketing, coordinating launches, managing enablement, and measuring marketing impact. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with demand generation, account-based marketing, content studio, events, and launch operations teams on campaign and program activation, ensuring seamless handoffs between product marketing strategy and execution
  2. Coordinate launch execution logistics across all products, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination
  3. Own customer advocacy program operations across segments, including reference pipeline management, and case study production.
  4. Execute field enablement operations for launches, including training coordination, materials distribution, and adoption tracking
  5. Own marketing measurement, reporting, and mechanisms including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and launch scorecards

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (e.g., Generative and Agentic AI, Developer Tools)

Nice to have

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • MBA
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
  • Track record of creating compelling technical demonstrations and reference architectures
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and industry analysts.
