What you'd actually do

  1. Bring Spotify’s brand to life through live experiences, brand activations, and culturally relevant campaigns across Central Europe
  2. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from idea through launch and retrospective
  3. Use audience insights and cultural trends to shape locally relevant and engaging marketing initiatives
  4. Partner closely with Music, Podcasts, Comms, and Global Marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  5. Coordinate with external agencies and partners, managing briefs, timelines, and creative output

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, or live events
  • Understanding of the music and youth culture landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Confident communication in German
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
