Marketing Manager/Brand Manager for Dermatology in Shanghai, Pfizer. Responsible for owning portfolio strategy, maximizing franchise business objectives, and managing product lifecycles. This role involves building marketing capabilities within the product management team, defining country-specific strategies, and interfacing with global/local functional teams. Key duties include brand strategy development, leading growth initiatives, cross-functional alignment, forecasting, reporting, budget planning and control, and P&L evaluation.   1. Lead the development of brand strategies to optimize the business, including brand/business plan and LRF, and lifecycle management
  2. Lead the AD growth initiatives
  3. Cross-functional AD leadership – across Field Force, medical, legal, regulatory, etc to get alignment
  4. Interface with WWT to gain support
  5. Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
