Netflix is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 10-month FTC in Paris, France. The role involves crafting and executing 360° marketing campaigns for their entertainment content, focusing on driving brand awareness and fandom. What you'd actually do

  1. Co-leading campaigns across France to drive brand awareness and fandom in France.
  2. Play a key role in building strategic and creative marketing campaigns for the launch of the Netflix film/shows produced in France, including the development of the creative campaigns, management workflows and production of required marketing shoots.
  3. Lead local extensions of global campaigns with creative and impactful media planning, working on special projects (stunts, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of title promotion in France
  4. Manage international paid media campaigns from paid social to traditional levers.
  5. Lead cross-functional reporting

What the JD emphasized

  • Minimum 6+ years of previous experience in building strategic insight-led 360 consumer marketing campaigns preferably with a background in entertainment, global lifestyle or games
  • Strong experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch including strategic positioning, key art development and video execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch roadmaps
  • Native understanding of traditional (broadcast, OOH etc.), social and digital advertising (direct video, mobile, paid social, programmatic, display, rich media, VOD) with a strong grasp of analytics and how to apply data to test and optimize campaigns.
  • A history of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners, including talent (e.g. directors, producers, actors, etc).
  • Ability to lead, create and execute campaigns autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
