Roblox is seeking a Marketing Manager for Latin America to design and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy, manage marketing engagement, identify high-growth clusters, navigate regulatory environments, and build a unified voice across multiple borders. The role involves social, influencer, partner, and event marketing, with a focus on transcreating marketing assets, leading product launches, growing community through social channels, collaborating with legal and policy teams, and establishing industry authority at regional conferences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Holistic Regional Strategy: Design a scalable marketing framework that can be adapted for Tier 1 markets (high volume) and Tier 2/3 markets (high growth).
  2. Trilingual Content Ecosystem: Oversee the "transcreation" of all marketing assets, ensuring the brand speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese with native-level nuance.
  3. Agile GTM Execution: Lead product launches across the region, prioritizing markets based on data, barrier to entry, and product-market fit.
  4. Cross-Border Community & Influencer Growth: Leverage the region’s high social media penetration to build a loyal community through influencer partnerships and localized social channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok).
  5. Policy & Comms Collaboration: Work closely with legal and policy teams to navigate the varied regulatory landscapes of the region, ensuring brand safety and compliance.
