Roblox is seeking a Live Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute editorial storytelling across social content, podcasts, and livestreams. This role will focus on creating compelling narratives for creators, developers, parents, and the Roblox community, partnering with Product Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams. The position is a 6-month contract with potential for full-time.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop content for live content programming across episodic video on social media, podcasts, and livestreams.
  2. Write run-of-shows, interview questions, and content briefs for live content series.
  3. Partner with hosts, leaders, and creators to shape compelling conversations.
  4. Identify moments tied to product launches, creator stories, and cultural moments.
  5. Partner cross-functionally across marketing and communications to ensure editorial themes align with company priorities.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years experience in content marketing, editorial programming, or podcasting specializing in social-first content for digital-native audiences.
  • Strong editorial instincts and ability to develop compelling narratives for long-form and short-form video, social, and live formats.
  • Experience writing show outlines, run-of-show documents, and interview guides.
  • Familiarity with podcast ecosystems, and short-form video distribution.
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and production teams.
