This role is a Marketing Manager for a 3-month maternity leave contract. The primary responsibilities include executing demand generation, field marketing, and campaign initiatives across various channels. The role involves campaign execution, field and event marketing support, developing briefs, creating landing pages, managing email and nurture programs, supporting marketing operations, collaborating on creative content, project management using Asana, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate needs 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign coordination, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS, with experience in marketing automation tools like Marketo and CRM systems like Salesforce, as well as WordPress.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in planning and running multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs), campaign nurture streams, and pre/post-event promotions.
  2. Support the execution of owned and third-party events, ensuring smooth pre- and post-event activities.
  3. Develop event briefs, speaker briefs, and campaign briefing documents to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  4. Build and maintain WordPress landing pages to promote events, ensuring effective design, clear messaging, and optimised user experience.
  5. Execute EDM creation, segmentation, and automated nurture streams using Marketo, optimising content for audience engagement and conversion.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or campaign coordination, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM system Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for building and maintaining event landing pages.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for emails, event promotions, and campaign messaging.
